Know your tanks are full before the guests arrive, and know at once if something leaks while the house is empty.
When nobody is there to look
Villas sit empty between guests, and owners often live abroad. A tank can drain through a dripping fitting for days before anyone opens a tap. With a sensor in each tank you see the level from anywhere, and get a message when it drops with nothing running.
Before every arrival
Check the tanks from your phone the day before guests come. If the cistern is low, you have time to order a water truck or run the pumps, instead of finding out from a guest.
Small setup, same safety
- A level sensor in the cistern and one in the roof or header tank.
- A pump switch if you want the pumps to run themselves, with a dry-run cut-off.
- A hub on the house router.
