Water tank monitoring and pump control in Saint Lucia
For hotels, villas and guest houses that store water. See every tank from your phone, let the pumps run themselves, and hear about leaks the same night.
Built for how water works here
Many properties in Saint Lucia don't get city water around the clock. It arrives for a few hours, often in the morning, sometimes at night, and every property that can stores it: a cistern or ground tank that fills when the supply comes, and transfer pumps that lift it to roof tanks that feed the rooms.
That setup works, as long as somebody is watching. Someone has to notice the city water is on, start the pumps when the cistern is full enough, stop them before it runs dry, and spot the tank that drops overnight. Kanari does that watching for you, day and night.
What we fit
- A level sensor in each tank. A probe on a cable, no pipes cut, battery for years.
- A smart switch on the pump circuit that measures the power the pumps draw, so it can tell a pump running dry.
- Water meters on the city supply and the line to the rooms, if you want use by the hour and night leak checks.
- A hub that sends every reading to your dashboard.
What you get
- Every tank level on your phone and laptop, with a month of history.
- Pumps that start at your start level and stop at your stop level, on their own.
- A WhatsApp message to your team when something needs a person: a pump running dry, a tank dropping with the pumps off, water moving at 3 AM.
How it starts
A short call, or a free visit. We look at your cistern, pumps, roof tanks and electrical panel, and tell you what you need and what it costs.
